Our Stance on Copyright

TerPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. TerPlay is a video player tool — we do not host, upload, store, or distribute any video content. We are a pass-through player only.

If you believe that content accessible via our tool infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.

What TerPlay Does and Does Not Do

Since we do not host content, DMCA notices should be directed to the platform where the content is actually stored (e.g., Terabox, cloud storage providers).

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe your work is being infringed, please send a written notice containing the following:

Required Information in Your DMCA Notice

  • Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL on TerPlay where the alleged infringement occurs
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature

Where to Send Your Notice

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

TerPlay reserves the right to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

False Claims Warning

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
